Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its team in Dammam. As a recruiter specializing in recruitment solutions for sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology and Health Care, the Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor supports the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for its clients. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates.
• Support the team in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for connecting talent with opportunities and a strong desire to develop a career in recruitment.
