HR Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Development Specialist to join a well‑established Saudi group in Dammam. The role focuses on learning and development, helping employees reach their full potential and strengthening organisational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and competency gaps across the workforce.
• Coordinate impactful training, workshops and on‑the‑job development programmes.
• Support the development of competency frameworks for operational and supervisory employees.
• Help employees progress through structured performance and development plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve programmes.
• Contribute to wider HR development and employee engagement initiatives across sites and departments.

Required profile

• Saudi national with immediate availability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development or Training.
• Experience supporting an operational, labour‑intensive workforce is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
