HR Generalist – Riyadh

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Riyadh office, providing full HR operational support to the Savills KSA business. The role is a broad generalist position covering day‑to‑day HR delivery, support to the HR team, and ad‑hoc project work, reporting to the Head of HR in KSA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of KSA on employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Saudi market, including CV screening, interviews, psychometric assessments, and coordination with the regional Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop and deliver the graduate program and represent Savills at Saudi universities.
• Manage onboarding, induction programmes, and the full visa process for new joiners and leavers.
• Maintain HR data integrity, improve HRIS processes, and produce HR analytics and reporting for local and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in Saudi Arabia with in‑depth knowledge of KSA labour laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, organized and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel – basic formulas and formatting).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology tools.
