HR Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The House Hotel in Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its people strategy. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing team that supports the hotel’s boutique luxury experience and its commitment to sustainability and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the resort attracts and develops top talent.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labour laws and Kerten Hospitality standards.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly.
• Oversee training, performance management, and career development programs.
• Drive employee engagement through recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and support payroll processes.
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and sustainability in all people‑related practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Relevant HR experience, preferably within hospitality or a fast‑paced service environment.
