HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the human resources function across our group of companies in Saudi Arabia, driving recruitment, training, compensation, performance management and compliance with corporate policies. This senior position requires a strategic mindset to build a high‑performance, multicultural work environment while meeting Saudization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR objectives and action plans aligned with group strategy.
• Design and maintain HR processes, handbooks, policies, and reports at the group level.
• Partner with operations teams of a world‑famous brand to deliver HR solutions.
• Oversee generalist tasks such as exit interviews, disciplinary actions, promotions, terminations, Iqama issuance and medical insurance.
• Lead recruitment and interviewing from junior to top‑management levels, ensuring compliance with Saudization.
• Manage employee databases, payroll, reimbursements, deductions, salary reviews and end‑to‑end compensation.
• Enforce leave and attendance management and maintain ERP‑based HRIS records.

Required profile

• MBA with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• 5‑10 years of HR management experience, including 2‑3 years in KSA or GCC.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a high level of confidentiality.
• Proven capability to implement efficient HR processes under pressure and elevate standards to international levels.
