About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, and supporting senior management with people‑related decisions.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
Develop, update and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with Saudi labour law.
Oversee the preparation and monitoring of HR KPIs, reports and budgets.
Design organisational structures, job descriptions and workforce plans.
Provide guidance on labour‑related matters and ensure compliance with government HR platforms.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least some time in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government HR platforms.
Excellent leadership, organisational and analytical abilities.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
