HR Manager

About the role

dipndip is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and support business growth in the food and beverage and hospitality sector. The role covers recruitment, workforce planning, payroll, employee relations and regulatory compliance, and includes talent development and retention strategies. The position is full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an estimated salary of SAR 12,000 to 18,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning and Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives.
• Manage payroll administration, employee relations and personnel documentation.
• Use government HR platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Absher.
• Implement performance management, employee engagement, talent development and retention initiatives.
• Advise management on HR policies, workforce matters and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and monitor statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Absher.
• Knowledge of recruitment, Saudization, payroll, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
