HR Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The leading medical device company is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Riyadh office. You will be responsible for aligning HR policies, processes, and compensation with business needs while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with all functions to drive people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR policies, compensation, benefits and ensure alignment with local regulations.
• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high‑quality services across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi employment legislation and company policies.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape business and people strategy.
• Design and implement initiatives for employee engagement, culture, talent, performance and organisational development.
• Manage workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive employee experience, engagement and retention across the organisation.
• Use people data and insights to support senior‑level decision‑making and improve organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and Saudi employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
