HR Manager – The House Hotel Jeddah

About the role

The House Hotel Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its people strategy. You will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives to secure top talent for the resort.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and Kerten Hospitality standards.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and generate accurate HR reports.
• Support performance management cycles and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, ESG commitments and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
