HR Officer – Saudi National (Production & Kitchen)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Officer to support the employee lifecycle for our production and kitchen teams. The role will work closely with the Production Director and Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate records and compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new kitchen hires, including documentation, inductions and system setup.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date employee records for the production facility.
- Ensure employee documentation and HR files are complete and properly maintained.
- Manage statutory registrations and filings on platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa and other relevant government systems.
- Track employment contracts, renewals, probation periods and other key HR milestones.
- Follow up on upcoming HR actions to meet deadlines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for kitchen employees on general HR queries.
- Escalate complex employee matters to the appropriate HR or management team when required.
- Support the Kitchen Manager with attendance tracking and basic workforce reporting.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data as needed.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant with local labour requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information.
- Collaborate with production leadership to address HR needs efficiently.
- Assist with other HR administration and employee‑related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- 3‑4 years of experience in HR, HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience supporting employees in production, operations, hospitality, retail or multi‑site environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi labour requirements and government HR platforms, including GOSI and Qiwa.
- Strong understanding of employee onboarding, documentation, contracts and HR administration.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working closely with operational teams and employees at different levels.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information.
- Proficient in standard HR and office systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment with changing priorities.
