HR Operations Specialist (Female)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. The role will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, employee documentation, government‑related HR transactions and ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and regulations.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee transfers and visa‑related HR transactions.
• Prepare and process HR letters, certificates, and other employee‑related documents.
• Manage requirements and processes related to the Mowaamah program.
• Process and follow up on HR transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, internal departments, and relevant government authorities as required.
• Ensure all HR operational processes and transactions are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Support other HR operations and administrative activities as required.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Operations, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Labor Office, and Mudad.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, HR regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling employee transfers, visa‑related transactions, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR transactions and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard HR systems.
