HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Burjline Builders is urgently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day employee processes and government transactions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring accurate HR documentation, compliance with Saudi Labour Law, and smooth interaction with multiple Saudi government platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee‑related transactions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers and visa processes.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates and employee documentation, keeping records up‑to‑date.
• Process HR transactions through Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and the Labour Office.
• Support the Mowaamah Program requirements and coordinate with employees, management and government authorities.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with Saudi Labour Law and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong experience in HR operations within Saudi Arabia, including hands‑on use of government platforms.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English (and Arabic if applicable).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Muqeem platform.
• Hands‑on experience with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
• Hands‑on experience with Mudad platform.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labour Office and other relevant government HR systems.
