HR & People Operations Specialist – Film Studios

About the role

The HR & People Operations Specialist will support workforce activation and the employee lifecycle for a film studio asset. Acting as the primary HR operations point within a lean operating company model, the role ensures smooth onboarding, workforce administration, data management and alignment with group HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding and employee mobilization according to workforce plans.
• Support phased workforce mobilization aligned with activation milestones and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organization data, manpower tracking and HR documentation.
• Administer employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, role changes and exits.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day HR operations focal point for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with centralized HR functions during incubation, activation and early operating phases.
• Support position management, organization structure updates, workforce reporting and headcount tracking.
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, training and people initiatives at the asset level.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave administration and related employee services.
• Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Facilitate employee communication, change management and HR service escalations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance requirements and document retention standards.
• Support implementation of Saudization and workforce localization requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, people administration or workforce coordination.
• Experience in lean organizations, activation‑stage assets, hospitality, entertainment or similar operational environments is preferred.
