About the role
The HR Senior Specialist – Employee Relations (Central) ensures that both organizational and employee rights are upheld. The role monitors and tracks employee performance, develops corrective actions, and maintains an internal pipeline of high-potential talent for internal opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains an internal candidates’ pipeline for transfer and promotion to ensure fair and quick manpower fulfilment.
- Monitors store employees’ compliance with the attendance policy to guarantee efficient manpower availability.
- Receives, manages and analyses grievances and complaints, recommending corrective actions to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
- Manages employee exits and analyses exit‑interview data to help reduce turnover.
- Conducts investigations and disciplinary actions in line with Panda regulations and internal instructions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Demonstrated competencies in business acumen (retail), accountability, assertiveness and conflict management.
