About the role
The HR Specialist will manage government‑related HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employees with onboarding and exit procedures at Procter & Gamble’s Jeddah office.
Key responsibilities
- Digital portal management: process visas, work permits (Iqamas) and labor files using Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI and Mudad.
- Regulatory compliance: monitor changes in Saudi labour law and immigration policies and advise management on operational impacts.
- Government liaison: represent the organization during official visits, inspections or meetings with ministries such as the HRSD.
- Employee support: assist staff with onboarding, exit clearances and governmental documentation.
- HR data analytics: identify areas of improvement through assessments and analytics.
- HR operations: manage day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience handling HR government operations and generalist HR duties.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on mastery of the Qiwa portal.
- Hands‑on mastery of the Muqeem portal.
- Hands‑on mastery of the GOSI portal.
