HR Specialist – People Strategy & Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join TMF Group, a global provider of administrative services. The role offers significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding HR function and involves partnering with managers to drive people‑focused business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support business growth by developing new business pipelines through effective people strategies.
• Provide expert HR advice, coaching managers on policies and employment legislation.
• Translate corporate and departmental priorities into HR solutions aligned with organisational goals.
• Deliver HR initiatives across workforce planning, restructuring, talent management, pay & reward, employee relations, engagement and performance management.
• Assist managers with complex casework such as performance, attendance and employee‑relations matters.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and resource forecasting.
• Lead and support change‑management activities on organisational projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with recognised trade unions.
• Participate in job‑evaluation panels and promote equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Champion employee health, well‑being and engagement, and contribute to learning and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience handling complex employee‑relations matters.
• Experience in change management and organisational development.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Collaborative, inclusive and solution‑oriented approach.
