HR Specialist – Riyadh (Al Hamra District)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to support daily HR operations in Riyadh’s Al Hamra District. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, system setup and new‑hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policy and KSA regulations.
• Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, Saudization tracking).
• Handle employee service requests such as letters, contracts and leave balances.
• Support payroll data entry and liaise with finance for accurate processing.
• Maintain compliance on government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem) and support Saudization reporting.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
