HR Specialist – Saudi National Required

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a senior Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations across its Saudi Arabia footprint. The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while driving performance and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and end‑of‑service processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and support workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and competency frameworks.
• Create HR metrics, dashboards, skills matrices, training matrices, and succession plans.
• Identify training needs, design annual training plans, coordinate programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
