HR Talent Operations Partner

About the role

The HR Talent Operations Partner will provide comprehensive HR support for Saudi Arabia and the wider EMEA region, acting as the main point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support employees and managers across Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region as the primary HR point of contact.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring, including coordination with PEO vendors and direct employment, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding and payroll‑related operations, maintaining accurate records in the HRIS.
• Coordinate immigration and mobility processes, meeting visa deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Administer benefits enrollment and respond to related employee queries.
• Audit and enter HR data, produce required reports and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in fast‑paced settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle (advantageous).
• Familiarity with government portals such as QIWA.
