HR Trainee – Tamheer Program (Jeddah)

About the role
The HR Operations Trainee will join Chalhoub Group’s HR Operations department in Jeddah, supporting daily HR administrative and operational activities as part of the Tamheer Programme.
Key responsibilities
- Issue HR letters and assist with translation of official documents.
- Attend, document, and translate documents when required.
- Support onboarding of new joiners by preparing welcome materials, coordinating employee ID card issuance, and collecting required documentation.
- Assist the HR team in preparing and issuing offer letters.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving of HR documents both electronically and in hard‑copy form.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English Translation or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
