Human Capital Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Human Capital supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role works closely with senior leaders to ensure operational excellence, compliance with Saudi labour law, and alignment with the group’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures for onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding, maintaining accurate records in the HRIS.
• Manage job description development, grading, organizational charts, talent mapping, succession planning and structural redesign initiatives.
• Support compensation benchmarking, monitor pay compliance, and assist with benefit renewals and performance‑based reward frameworks.
• Draft, review and enforce internal HR policies, ensuring alignment with Saudi labour law and audit readiness.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys and internal communications to foster a transparent culture.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects, preparing reports, presentations and analytics for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• CIPD Level 5, SHRM‑CP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a diversified business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
