Human Capital Trainee (Tamheer Program)

About the role

Group AMANA is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its Human Capital team through the Tamheer Program. This trainee position offers hands‑on exposure to core HR processes in a fast‑growing construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HR matters ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update the employee database and personnel files.
• Support payroll transactions, including leaves, advances, deductions, allowances and transfers.
• Use HRIS modules to identify and report data errors.
• Help record labour violations in line with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the MIS department to suggest system improvements and automation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Eligibility for the Saudi HRDF Tamheer program (registered, not employed in the last 6 months, no prior participation).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS).
