Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to find an experienced HRIS Manager who will own the HR technology landscape and drive digital transformation initiatives. This confidential replacement offers a senior professional the chance to shape system strategy and improve HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the HRIS platform.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Oversee HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to manage system integrations and process enhancements.
• Configure systems, generate reports, and manage HR data.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and end‑user support.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3+ years in a dedicated HRIS role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience with HR processes, data management, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable.
