Human Resources Analyst

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst supports the delivery of HR operational services throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records across HR systems and personnel files.
• Prepare, review, and process HR documentation including contracts, amendments, letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, verify documents, request system access, and support orientation.
• Manage offboarding procedures, clearances, exit documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, leave, and procedures.
• Generate, analyse, and maintain HR operational reports and dashboards.
• Conduct data validation and support periodic HR audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
