职位概况

华为在沙特地区招聘全流程HR业务合作伙伴，负责人才招聘、员工关系及HR流程优化，推动人力资源战略与业务目标深度对齐。

主要职责

负责关键岗位的全流程招聘，拓展多元化渠道并缩短招聘周期。
搭建跨文化沟通渠道，组织生日、节日等员工关怀活动，处理日常员工关系事务。
梳理并优化HR工作流程，提升运营效率，进行数据统计、分析与报表制作，为组织决策提供支持。
完成上级交办的其他HR相关任务，配合团队完成专项项目。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
工作细致严谨、责任心强，具备清晰的逻辑思维和良好的沟通协调能力。
能够快速适应海外工作环境及华为的工作节奏。
英语、中文听说读写流利。

必备技能

熟练使用Office办公软件，具备较强的数据处理与分析能力。
