Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its KSA operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with strategic goals and driving employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new‑hire paperwork, including contracts, banking details, and medical insurance.
• Coordinate onboarding workshops and training programs.
• Oversee the full visa cycle for new hires and handle relocation logistics.
• Maintain and administer the internal HRMS (BambooHR) and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and stay updated on HR best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and resolving work‑related issues.
• Provide HR support during performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and performance management cycles.
• Facilitate focus groups, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the PRO to manage visa cancellations, transfers, and immigration lists.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in line with Saudi labour regulations.
• Represent Bayut in labour disputes when required.
• Produce monthly HR reports on visa headcount, quotas, and other metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational change and cultural transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
• 5‑7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the KSA market.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BambooHR or similar HRMS platforms.
