Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner supports regional talent acquisition, talent management and HR services by ensuring accurate data handling, compliance and efficient processes. This role acts as a bridge between HR policies and day‑to‑day operations, helping to attract, onboard and retain talent.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, collect and report HR data to support recruitment, talent management and HR services.
• Ensure all activities follow approved policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Identify and propose improvements for system efficiency, cost optimisation and productivity.
• Assist internal and external hiring processes, coordinate with recruitment agencies and develop job offers.
• Conduct induction sessions, manage new‑joiner documentation and set up employee records, security clearance, office space and IT tools.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, including review initiation, data consolidation and basic analysis.
• Help implement compensation and benefits schemes, ensuring fairness and equity.
• Participate in training needs assessment, draft regional training plans and budgets.
• Support payroll activities, benefits transactions and maintain up‑to‑date employee records in the HR information system.
• Administer employee relations, contract renewals, leave tracking, health insurance and grievance handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
