Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as the primary HR liaison for a business unit, shaping the employee experience and supporting a high‑performance culture. You will provide strategic advice, resolve complex employee relations issues, and partner with line managers on performance and development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for the business unit, offering guidance on organizational climate and action plans.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal requirements, reducing risk and ensuring compliance.
• Provide performance‑management coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary support to line managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hires, promotions and transfers.
• Support workforce planning, restructures, succession planning and ensure clear job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and system formats.
• Identify training needs and coordinate executive coaching.
• Analyze HR metrics with the Center of Excellence to develop policies and programs.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
