Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will lead end‑to‑end HR processes for a large division, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with Saudi labour regulations. Working closely with line managers, the role aims to boost employee engagement and drive organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including onboarding, off‑boarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Medical Insurance teams to deliver comprehensive HR services.
• Maintain accurate employee data in ERP and HR systems.
• Support managers on HR policies, manpower planning and employee issues.
• Handle employee requests and ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, Qiwa, GOSI and Muqeem.
• Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover and attendance.
• Participate in audits and keep proper HR records.
• Identify and suggest improvements to HR processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing HR processes for large employee groups.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and related government systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
