Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will lead Employee Relations activities while ensuring smooth HR operational processes and a positive employee experience. Acting as a bridge between employees, line managers, and leadership, the HRBP promotes compliance with labor laws and fosters a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Employee Relations matters, handling grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
• Lead investigations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation and case closure.
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, exits, and other lifecycle events to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Optimize HR processes, contribute to policy improvement, and support standardization across the organization.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of labor regulations, support audits, and mitigate legal risk.
• Assist managers with attendance, conduct, and behavioral issues, acting as a liaison to resolve disputes.
• Monitor employee satisfaction, drive engagement initiatives, and communicate workplace climate insights.
