Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the full employee lifecycle and deliver effective HR services across the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, Saudi labor regulations and internal procedures. Working within a cross‑functional HR model, the HRBP collaborates with multiple HR specialists and provides backup support to maintain business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through off‑boarding, maintain accurate HR records and process employee changes.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support Saudi talent acquisition and Saudization goals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, maintain accurate employee data on Saudi platforms, and support Saudization initiatives.
• Administer medical insurance, GOSI transactions and employee benefits, handling additions, deletions and inquiries.
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee relations cases, providing guidance on policies and handling grievances.
• Support performance management cycles, coordinate training and development initiatives, and maintain job descriptions.
• Promote consistent implementation of HR policies, identify process gaps and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience across multiple HR functions, with good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Experience with HR systems and government platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership, collaboration, confidentiality and problem‑solving competencies.
