Human Resources Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Clerk to support our HR team with administrative tasks, visa and work‑permit processing, and employee document management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Government Relations team to ensure all employee paperwork is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, type, and submit forms, letters, and applications for visas, work permits, registrations and renewals.
• Collaborate with the Government Relations Officer/Coordinator to ensure timely processing of all government‑related documents.
• Monitor expiry dates of employee passports, visas, licences and licences, and coordinate renewals.
• Issue and control employee lockers, maintain monthly summary records.
• Provide document copies to employees as requested.
• Enter employee data, scan documents into the CID system, and keep the database updated.
• Maintain filing systems, business‑contact databases, and follow up on pending items and personal employee files.

Required profile

• Degree in a related discipline with prior experience in HR administration.
• Computer literate and proficient with a computerized payroll system.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Helpful, self‑motivated, positive attitude and able to think laterally.
• Demonstrates responsibility, adaptability, teamwork and a customer‑focused mindset.
