Human Resources Director – Luxury Hotel (KSA National)

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute the people strategy for its luxury resort. Reporting to senior management, you will guide a high‑performing HR team and partner with business leaders to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support to the HR team, fostering best‑practice sharing and skill development.
• Develop and implement the property HR strategy in alignment with corporate and regional objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, delegate HR functions and build leadership capability across senior and middle management.
• Ensure two‑way communication between property HR and corporate/regional HR, delivering timely internal messages.
• Plan and manage the annual HR budget and capital expenditure, monitoring profit & loss performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning and organisational development.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing HR teams and partnering with senior leadership.
• Extensive experience supporting pre‑openings, large‑scale recruitment and workforce planning for luxury hotels/resorts in the Middle East.
• Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, performance management and people‑focused strategies.
