Human Resources Manager – Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Musco is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Dammam office. The role will lead all HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and supporting the growth of a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for professional and manufacturing positions, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and orientation.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including career development plans and compensation packages.
• Manage payroll, benefits, end-of-service entitlements and immigration processes for foreign workers.
• Ensure accurate reporting to government portals and maintain compliance with Saudization requirements.
• Train managers on performance management, provide coaching and oversee disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with corporate HR to create and update policies that reflect local laws and Musco’s global culture.
• Handle HR administration tasks such as job changes, transfers, exits, record-keeping and annual HR budgeting.
• Organise team-building, recognition and wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudization requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication abilities.
• Proven leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in multicultural environments is preferred.
