Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager supports the property HR team by overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, and employee development. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs and comply with applicable laws and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source candidates, attend job fairs, coordinate interviews, and ensure quality control of selection processes.
• Administer employee benefits and unemployment claims, preparing reports and representing the property at hearings.
• Lead employee orientation and ongoing training programs to promote cross‑training and a positive guest‑service culture.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and vendor advertising strategies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
