About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, support the full scope of HR responsibilities, and partner with the organization on strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Manage employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Develop HR policies and employee engagement programs.
- Support management in organizational development.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
