Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for the Dammam branch, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and delivering effective people management. This role is focused on a manufacturing environment and requires strong expertise in manpower planning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team for the Dammam branch
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government portal processes
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support Saudization and workforce nationalization initiatives
• Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company
• Proven experience leading an HR team
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government portals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
