Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a well‑established industrial multinational organization in Riyadh. The position has a strong strategic focus covering HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and operational HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management and change initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention and people development initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, recruitment and ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including solid experience in an HR management or leadership capacity.
• Strong HR generalist and strategic background with excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and ability to work in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English; experience in an industrial setting and ability to manage high‑volume staffing are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
