Human Resources Manager – Jeddah

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is expanding its operations at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and seeks an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the local people function. You will partner with business leaders and regional HR teams to shape a scalable HR strategy for a fast‑growing airport hospitality business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day HR operations in Jeddah, ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service delivery.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to local and regional leaders, providing expertise on workforce planning, talent management and HR strategy.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate payroll, employee absence and holiday records, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, Saudization/Nitaqat, and all relevant government regulations.
• Conduct workplace investigations, manage disciplinary and termination processes, and advise managers on HR policies.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies such as MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Jawazat, Tamheer and Hadaf.
• Identify training needs and partner with regional Learning & Development teams to deliver programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of solid HR experience, preferably in a sizable organization.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality/airport or travel services sector is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and related regulations (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Saudization/Nitaqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, Jawazat, immigration).
• Hands‑on experience with payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Ability to conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary processes.
