Human Resources Manager – Strategic HR Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a well‑established industrial multinational based in Riyadh. The role is highly strategic, focusing on HR strategy, organisational development, talent management and operational HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior management on workforce planning, change initiatives and HR strategy.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention and people‑development programmes.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policy administration and recruitment while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including senior HR management or leadership roles.
• Strong HR generalist and strategic background with deep knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix, multicultural environment, preferably within an industrial setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
