Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR processes and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring accurate employee data and HR transactions.
• Drive manpower planning aligned with business needs, organizational structure, and budget.
• Implement employee experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
