Human Resources Specialist – Full‑time (SAR 7,000‑7,500)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, leaves, and generate related reports.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and termination procedures.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and continuous training programs.
• Coordinate payroll activities with the finance department and manage benefits and medical insurance.
• Address employee inquiries, complaints, and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze KPIs, and support workforce planning.
• Oversee disciplinary actions, internal investigations, and residency/visa renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
