Human Resources Specialist – Home Health Care

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Human Resources position supports a home health‑care organization in Riyadh. The role covers the complete employee lifecycle for both clinical and non‑clinical staff, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare employment contracts.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate training, development, and performance‑management activities.
• Handle employee‑relations issues and respond to HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with management on staffing needs and organisational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in core HR functions, preferably within healthcare or home‑health‑care settings.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent organisational, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
