Human Resources Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Kharazah is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its Riyadh office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure HR policies, benefits, and compliance are effectively managed while supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and manage medical insurance policies.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
• Handle personnel management tasks, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Support employee relations and promote a collaborative environment.
• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Prepare payroll transactions, including EOSB, vacations, monthly payroll, loans, and deductions.
• Manage government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, HRDF, HRSD, Mudad, Taqat, and Muqeem.
• Utilize the Jisir HR system for all HR operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of HR experience in a retail setting.
• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
