Human Resources Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to join our engineering consultancy in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, and support the organization’s talent acquisition and payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, transfers, renewals, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Administer government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
• Prepare monthly payroll, verify benefits, deductions and entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudisation and internal policies.
• Produce HR reports, certificates, and official employee documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries and handle daily personnel matters.
• Support managers and department heads on employee‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and local regulations.
• Practical experience in employee affairs, recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem and GOSI platforms.
