Human Resources Specialist - Saudi Nationals Preferred

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a senior Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations across its Saudi Arabia footprint. The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to end‑of‑service, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and fostering a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and end‑of‑service processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and support workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, KPIs, performance appraisal systems and competency frameworks.
• Create HR metrics, dashboards, skills and training matrices, and succession plans.
• Identify training needs, design annual training plans, coordinate programs and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience developing KPIs, HR metrics, skills and training matrices, and performance management systems.
• Experience planning, coordinating and evaluating employee training programs.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency preferred.
