Human Resources Specialist – Saudization (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As a key member of the People and Culture team, the Human Resources Specialist will ensure smooth HR operations and government‑relations processes across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of employee transactions through Saudi government platforms while supporting the HR Lead and Operations Specialist on projects and day‑to‑day administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws and Saudization targets.
• Process payroll, GOSI contributions, benefits, and coordinate local training programs such as COOP and TAMHEER.
• Maintain employee licensing, certifications and professional memberships (e.g., RICS, TAQEEM, REGA).
• Support HR system implementations, continuous‑improvement initiatives and accurate record‑keeping across HRIS and government portals.
• Provide advisory services on government‑relations matters, resolve related issues, and liaise with visa providers, labor contracts and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and translate HR and government documents in English and Arabic, and assist with audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general HR services, operations and Saudi government portals.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour legislation, Saudization requirements and company policies.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support cross‑functional teams.
