Imported Food Private Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Imported Food Private Brand Manager to lead product planning, development and category management of imported food items within our Private Brand portfolio. The role will shape localized strategies, drive SKU assortment and ensure successful market launches in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop localized product strategies, category structures and assortment plans based on consumer insights, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of imported PB food products, including supplier coordination, packaging development, pricing, import cost analysis and launch planning.
• Coordinate import‑related requirements such as food safety standards, labeling, customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory turnover and product quality, continuously optimizing category performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in merchandising, product planning or procurement, preferably in Private Brand development.
• Strong market insight, data sensitivity and ability to conduct independent market research and retail analysis.
• Proven project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, capable of driving product launches from concept to market.
• Fluent English for working communication; experience in overseas product development is a plus.
