In-process Water Treatment Technician

About the role

The In‑process Water Treatment Technician ensures that water and bottled water products meet strict physical and chemical quality standards throughout production. Working on the factory floor, you will monitor control points, calibrate equipment and support quality assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor established Control Points and Critical Control Points for bottled water according to the sampling plan.
• Perform calibration of measuring instruments and validate measurements after any machine repair, adjustment, or maintenance (e.g., caps torque, fill volume).
• Hold suspect or affected products for inspection before release.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene standards are followed on production lines.
• Update all quality control reports and SAP entries.
• Provide technical guidance on data trend analysis and assist in decision‑making reports.
• Perform other work‑related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a bottled water or beverage company.

Required skills

• Calibration of measuring instruments.
• Proficiency with SAP for reporting.
• Knowledge of GMP and personal hygiene compliance.
