Inbound Officer – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Officer to join our logistics operations team. The successful candidate will ensure that inbound shipments are received accurately, documented correctly, and processed efficiently, supporting smooth daily warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving and unloading operations.
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates for compliance.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Manage batch creation and proper labeling of received goods.
• Organize and transfer pallets to designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate receiving records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and prepare daily reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and lift/move materials.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
